The target group for this course are single mothers, women who are solely responsible for raising their children and managing the family. Single mothers face great difficulties entering or re-entering the workforce and have mobility issues in seeking to re-skill or re-educate themselves. This MOOC aims to empower single mothers with the skills in home business and income generation and to enhance their confidence. The course is organised in several modules that cover skill development in three areas: baking, composting and beekeeping.
