The final Competen-SEA conference will be co-located with the 6th National Conference on Open and Distance eLearning (NCODeL 2019). The conference will take place during 26-28 November 2019 at the Holiday Inn in Baguio City, The Philippines.
Two project members, Prof. dr. Carlos Delgado Kloos from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and Prof. Narayanan Kulathu Ramaiyer from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak will be keynote speakers at the event.
