CancellationDue to the nature of our production, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of original purchase. Return/Exchange Policy Simply Escape is a handmade crochet based business, our crochet resortwear is made to order. In some instances yarn in the same color may not be available. Return/Exchanges must be made within 5 days of delivery and must be communicated with us on [email protected] within us.  Customers must bear the cost of return. If an exchange is not possible, you will be given a store credit to be used within 12 months of issue.Items to be exchanged must –Be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags still attached.For Swimwear, the hygiene sticker MUST remain in original condition and not removed, replaced or altered. Simply Escape will not accept exchanges if the hygiene sticker has been removed or altered.
